Returns are accepted for a store credit no later than 7 business days (or post marked within 7 days) after order has been fulfilled/received in the mail. If it has been more than 7 days and you have not picked up your order, a return or cancellation of order will not be allowed. All tags must still be attached to items. Since we have two pick up locations, Katrina needs to be contacted for every return so she can make sure you bring it to the correct location if you're not shipping it back. If you're shipping your return, please ship it to 9665 Grapevine Dr. Orange, TX 77630. Your name and address must be included with your return if you are mailing your return. A store credit will be done within 48 hours once item is received. If you have any questions or concerns about a return, please send us a text message to (409)926-7300. 

Graphic Tees: Returns/ Cancellations on Graphic Tees will not be accepted as these are special orders.

Direct to YouReturns/ Cancellations on our Direct to You collection will not be accepted as these are special orders.

Any items with smoke smells, deodorant marks, perfume smells or any visible evident it has been worn, will not be accepted for return/ credit. 

Pre orders: We do not accept returns on Pre Orders. These are custom orders that we usually don’t carry in store or we don’t order extras of. 

If an order hasn't been picked up 4 months after it has been fulfilled, it will be donated to the local women's shelter as we do not have room to hold onto orders that long.

Sale/Clearance: All sale and clearance items are non-refundable or returnable. No exceptions.
